As an SRV HR Advisor, you will operate your own HR consulting practice while utilizing SRV HR's resources and support for business development.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical HR consulting services to clients in various industries, targeting small to mid-sized businesses
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients with the support of SRV HR’s business development tools
- Utilize SRV HR’s tools and systems to efficiently manage your consulting practice
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay current in the HR field
Skills
- Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an executive-level role
- Proven ability to deliver strategic HR solutions and manage client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
