Position Overview

The Partner Expert Crewmember Technology Services (CTS) Support Specialist is a remote, part-time position offering $30 per hour. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to careerzynith crewmembers, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You will work within a collaborative team environment to ensure that all technology-related inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, while maintaining thorough documentation of every interaction.
