Position Overview

Reporting to the Customer Success leadership team, the Remote Technical Customer Service Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for careerzynith enterprise and government clients, providing expert guidance on account management, billing inquiries, cloud platform services, and subscription optimization. You will engage directly with high-profile clients to deliver training, troubleshoot account-related issues, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their overall experience.

You will collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, and global customer service peers to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality support. Your work will directly contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of our service delivery model.
