This role involves providing strategic leadership to project managers and contractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while serving as a liaison among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- The Regional Manager PMO for the west Region is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of fiber deployment projects across multiple markets
- This role provides strategic and operational leadership to a team of project managers and contractors, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget
- The Manager serves as a key liaison between Engineering, Construction, Network Operations, Finance, vendors, and regional leadership to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with regional build goals

Skills
- 5 to 7 plus years of experience in fiber, telecom, or utility construction project management
- 2 to 4 plus years of people leadership experience
- Strong understanding of fiber construction (aerial, underground, MDU, splicing, testing)
- Project management tools and field operations platforms
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business etc
- PMP
