[Remote] Operations Finance Analyst

They are seeking an Operations Finance Analyst who will oversee the operational components of ongoing projects, acting as the primary liaison among various teams while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational components of ongoing projects
• Acting as the primary liaison among Operations, Controllers, Compliance, Project Teams, and Site Management
• Maintaining project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
• Driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction
• Perform financial analysis
• Establish Capital and Overhead budgets
• Support forecast activities including variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans

Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills – including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven teamwork skills; capable of building effective relationships across functional groups
• Must be willing to travel occasionally to major RMS locations within the US
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong data analytic skills
• Proactive problem solver

• Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
• Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
• These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons (Washington state applicants only)
• Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays (Washington state applicants only)
