- Evaluating recommendations and financial strategies
- Applying professional judgement to complex client situations
- Assessing tradeoffs between short-term and long-term financial goals
- Providing structured written feedback and expert analysis
- Helping improve how advanced AI systems reason about financial planning and advisory decisions
- Ensuring recommendations align with industry standards and best practices
Skills
- Several years of hands-on experience advising individual clients
- Strong background in private wealth management or personal financial advisory
- Deep knowledge of investments, retirement planning, and personal finance
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
- CFP, CFA, or equivalent credential required
- Experience with institutions such as Charles Schwab, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Chase Private Client, or similar firms is highly valued
- Prior AI experience is not required
