They are seeking an interim Project Finance Assistant to support the Finance team by performing client invoicing, assisting with project reconciliations, and updating revenue reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform client invoicing
- Assist with project reconciliations
- Ensure the accounting system is updated and maintained with project budget uploads
- Release and check new projects
- Help update the revenue reports and associated month-end tasks
Skills
- Degree in accounting or finance
- Some previous experience in an accounting role - ideally within project accounting
- General knowledge of an accounting software - preferable Oracle
- Strong IT skills, specifically in Excel
