This role involves working cross-functionally with HR, Talent, L&D, and IT to gather requirements, configure solutions, and drive enhancements that support real people initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday configurations
- Owning the full lifecycle of requests from intake through deployment
- Managing system upgrades and tenant refreshes
- Ensuring data integrity through audits and governance practices
- Staying current on AI and emerging technology as it relates to recruiting and people strategy
Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with a strong focus on Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent modules
- Deep knowledge of business processes, security, calculated fields, and reporting
- Ability to manage competing priorities without losing quality
