They are seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage and grow their online presence, create engaging content, and promote their services across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage company Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, and other social media platforms
- Schedule and publish posts consistently
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
- Respond to inquiries or route them to the appropriate team member
- Encourage and capture user-generated content (UGC)
- Create engaging posts highlighting:
- Water treatment solutions
- Plumbing services
- Well pump installations and repairs
- Customer testimonials
- Employee spotlights
- Seasonal promotions and special offers
- Capture photos and videos in the field
- Produce short-form video content for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
- Ensure all content aligns with Liberty Pure Solutions' brand standards and messaging
- Help educate homeowners on water quality issues and available treatment solutions
- Promote the company's reputation as a trusted local expert serving the Baltimore area since 1988
Skills
- Strong social media experience and understanding of current trends
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience creating engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, etc
- Basic photography, videography, and graphic design skills
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Must live in the central Maryland area and have a Maryland Driver's License and access to a vehicle (job requires on-the-jobsite videography)
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar design/video software
- Experience editing short-form videos
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite
- Strong storyteller with an eye for capturing compelling content
- AA or BA in Communication, Graphic Design, or Marketing
