The SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for the SAP Fieldglass VMS, ensuring system stability and supporting business users during program expansion.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational and administrative support for the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS)
- Ensure continuity of system operations during a period of program expansion
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for system-related inquiries, configuration support, testing coordination, and issue resolution
- Maintain day-to-day system stability, supporting business users, and executing operational tasks in alignment with established processes and controls
- Support system configuration updates, data integrity, reporting, and user support activities
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure scalable and sustainable operations
Skills
- 4-year degree in related field, preferably in a business or technical discipline
- Proficient in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking Modules
- At least 3 years of relevant system administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and proactively support business needs
