The role involves managing all phases of PeopleSoft WFA and compensation projects, coordinating technical and business teams, and ensuring successful execution and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of PeopleSoft WFA and compensation projects
- Lead cross-functional teams, including HR, payroll, IT, and vendors
- Develop project plans, timelines, and communications
- Ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery and post-go-live support
Skills
- 8+ years' experience managing PeopleSoft HCM projects (v9.2+), specifically WFA and compensation
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and third-party vendors
