Responsibilities
• Creating user guides, SOPs, help documents, FAQs, and knowledge base content
• Navigating web based software workflows and documenting each process accurately
• Capturing and organizing screenshots where needed
• Working with product, support, operations, and technical stakeholders to confirm accuracy
• Translating technical platform processes into clear internal and user facing instructions
• Maintaining consistent formatting, terminology, and documentation structure
Skills
• Technical writing experience
• Experience with product documentation
• Experience with software documentation
• Experience with SaaS documentation
• Exposure to telecom
• Exposure to VoIP
• Exposure to contact center technology
• Exposure to API driven platforms
