Responsibilities
- Gain exposure across multiple business units to gain firsthand experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation
- Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional deal teams supporting transactions and strategic initiatives
- Participate in structured training covering accounting, asset valuation, and transaction support
- Shadow senior team members and attend pipeline and strategy meetings
- Build subject matter expertise in specific asset classes or business lines
- Receive mentoring and career development support with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the program
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative
- Interest in asset valuation, restructuring, and investment advisory
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
