As a Vendor Funding Specialist, you will manage funding inquiries, enhance service program processes, and collaborate with partners to ensure compliance while building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management and execution of funding programs
- Manage opportunity logs from initiation to completion, and both periodic and ad hoc reporting on program execution
- Collaborate with Partner Alliance Managers and Vendor Partner contacts to establish new funding processes, collateral, and program guidelines to ensure compliance
- Communicate business objectives, programs and opportunities to the presales and post sales community, and senior leadership where required
- Recognize teachable opportunities to enhance the skills of our sales teams
- Build strong relationships with our partners and be the standard for partner compliance
- Develop training material & delivering on funding
- Communicate and enforce compliance and program rules to protect Softchoice from disqualification from vendor programs
- Provide influential authority by assigning, verifying, and maintaining workflow, and ensuring accepted methods and procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Highly self-motivated, self-sufficient, and inquisitive – able to make decisions - do not take the status quo as law!
Skills
