Job Description:
• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities
• Conduct virtual machine setups for CPAP and BiPAP devices
• Titrate CPAP/BiPAP pressure following clinical guidelines
• Review and monitor patient compliance data from cloud-connected PAP devices
• Identify therapy issues or non-compliance and proactively engage with patients
• Perform virtual mask fittings and provide recommendations
• Educate patients on proper usage, cleaning, and maintenance of their PAP equipment
• Guide patients through resupply schedules
• Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support
• Maintain documentation of patient interactions
• Stay up to date on DME products, PAP accessories, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal clinical, support, and logistics teams
Requirements:
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2–3 years of DME experience required
• Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) strongly preferred
• Familiar with mask types, resupply guidelines, and best practices for long-term PAP success
• Skilled in virtual education, troubleshooting, and mask fittings
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and cloud-based compliance systems
• Knowledgeable in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME), specific to sleep apnea care
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and able to maintain patient confidentiality
• Thrive in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment
