Salary Negotiable DOE

  • Lead Analysis Delivery – Oversee all pavement analysis workflows ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery. 
  • Own Technical Quality (QA/QC) – Establish and enforce QA/QC standards for PCI outputs, modeling assumptions, and client deliverables. 
  • Resource & Workload Management – Allocate analysis resources across projects, balance workloads, and proactively address capacity gaps.      
  • Client-Facing Analysis Lead – Serve as escalation point for analysis-related client questions, results interpretation, and technical presentations. 
  • Process Development & Standardization – Continuously improve analysis workflows, templates, and handoffs (Condition ? Analysis ?  PMaaS). 
  • Team Development & Mentorship – Train and mentor analysts on tools, methodologies, and best practices; elevate overall technical capability. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with Condition Data, PMaaS, and Delivery to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Tool & Methodology Ownership – Maintain expertise and governance over analysis platforms. 
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor project progress (%complete, deadlines) and support forecasting, invoicing, and reporting needs. 
  • Support Sales & Strategic Initiatives – Contribute to proposals, technical scoping, and innovation (e.g., new modeling      approaches, pilots).
