Salesperson

Join a fast-growing property management and contracting operation where you’ll play a key role in driving new business opportunities. This role is centered on building connections through outbound calls, identifying interested prospects, and fueling the company’s expansion by creating a strong pipeline for the owner to close.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners and potential clients using company-provided lead data.
  • Identify interest levels and qualify prospects based on their needs and responses.
  • Clearly communicate service offerings while adapting your approach depending on different client scenarios.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of leads, calls, outcomes, and follow-ups within the tracking system.
  • Follow up with prospects multiple times to maintain visibility and increase conversion chances.
  • Perform check-ins with existing and past contacts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Pass qualified and interested leads to the owner for closing.
  • Collaborate with your manager during initial training and transition to handling outreach independently.

Who You'll Work With:

Work closely with the business owner and be part of a lean, growth-focused team where your outreach efforts directly impact company success. You’ll receive hands-on training at the start and gradually take ownership of the calling process while contributing to overall expansion.

  • Strong Communication: Able to hold professional, engaging conversations and build rapport in a natural and professional way.
  • Familiar with American Culture: Understands U.S. communication styles and expectations, and speaks clear, natural English with a confident and smooth phone presence.
  • Business-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and turning conversations into business opportunities.
  • Self-Sufficient: Learns quickly and handles calls independently after initial training.
  • Organized: Keeps track of leads, follow-ups, and client status without missing opportunities.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.
