Title: School Partnerships Lead (K-12 EdTech, Pilot Programs) • *About Us** Campus Match is an AI-powered platform that helps students explore careers, majors, and colleges through natural conversation while giving school counselors real-time insight into student interests and goals. We are beginning pilot programs with high schools and are looking for someone to help lead these partnerships. • *About the Role** This is not a traditional sales role. You will work directly with school counselors and administrators to run pilot programs, support onboarding, and help schools evaluate the platform. You will • Lead pilot program onboarding with schools • Work directly with school counselors during pilots • Gather feedback and ensure successful implementation • Build relationships with schools and districts • Help convert pilot programs into paid school partnerships • *Who This Is For** This role is ideal for someone with experience in K–12 education, especially: • Former school counselors • College & career coordinators • District-level counseling or advising roles • EdTech professionals who have worked with schools • *You understand: • The realities of high school counseling workloads • How schools make decisions • What actually works (and doesn’t) in student engagement • *What This Is Not • Not a high-pressure sales job • Not cold calling or quota-driven selling • Not a corporate sales environment • *Compensation • Flexible: part-time or full-time • Base + performance incentives (per pilot / per school conversion) • Equity potential for strong long-term fit • *Location • Remote, with preference for candidates familiar with U.S. K–12 systems • *Why Join** You’ll help shape how schools use AI to support students and work directly with a product designed to reduce counselor workload and improve student outcomes.
