We're partnering with a highly successful, private equity-backed organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. What You'll Do
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Manage accounting responsibilities related to lease accounting, project accounting, and other key balance sheet areas
• Support financial reporting and management reporting processes
• Partner with operational and corporate teams on business initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• General ledger and month-end close experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Desire to learn, take ownership, and grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications
• CPA or CPA-track
• Public accounting experience
• Oracle, Power BI, or other ERP/reporting system experience
• Exposure to lease accounting or project accounting

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 + 10% bonus
Location: Eagan, MN (Hybrid)
