About the Team
The LINQ School Nutrition team builds and supports a mission-critical operational and compliance system used by K–12 districts every day. The product spans the full breadth of district nutrition operations—daily meal service execution, reimbursement reporting, inventory management, procurement, and production workflows—in a highly regulated environment where accurate reporting and auditable compliance outcomes directly affect district funding.

About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape the vision and direction of LINQ School Nutrition. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the product evolves in ways that are grounded in district needs, aligned with business goals, and deliver meaningful value to the nutrition professionals we serve.
This role is client-focused at its core. You will spend time understanding how nutrition directors and district staff use LINQ School Nutrition today—where workflows are working well, where friction exists, and what outcomes matter most to the people running these programs. That understanding will drive product strategy, prioritization, and delivery decisions across the portfolio.
As a senior member of the product organization, you will work across the end-to-end product lifecycle for LINQ School Nutrition. This includes discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery in close partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong judgment, the ability to balance competing priorities, and comfort making decisions in a complex, regulation-adjacent product environment.
