What you'll do:

The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with business leaders and hiring managers to execute hiring strategies aligned to workforce planning and business goals. They serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on talent market trends, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations across an assigned territory or geography. In this role you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across an established region ensuring a high-quality and consistent candidate experience.
