Crossmedia is a global media independent committed to transparency and innovative connections between brands and people. They are hiring an Assistant Buyer, Paid Social Media to support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team with identifying and managing paid social campaigns
- Daily media campaign management across several social platforms, including: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit
- Strategize social media tactics, technology and make budget recommendations
- Utilize your analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and provide creative optimizations
- Troubleshoot issues and making recommendations
Skills
- 3+ months of hands-on experience in execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in Paid Social
- A strong interest in the advertising, media planning/buying industry, and paid media
- Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs of social platforms)
- A passionate, resourceful, curious problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enjoy and understand working with data, numbers (especially via Microsoft Excel)
- Entrepreneurial attitude: You're excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas and opportunities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
