They are seeking Early and Mid-Level Civil Engineers to join their Land Development team, focusing on site development projects from concept planning through construction documentation.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop civil site designs for land development projects
- Assist in site layout and grading to ensure compliance with local zoning requirements
- Design stormwater management and erosion control systems
- Research permit requirements and local regulations to support project approvals
- Prepare construction documents, technical reports, and entitlement documents
- Perform earthwork calculations and drainage analysis
- Support permit acquisition and modifications during construction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- EIT certification preferred (or ability to obtain within one year)
- Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
