Collaborate Across Functions
- Partner closely with talent acquisition specialists, software developers, HR business leaders, and hiring managers to understand business processes and translate them into data-driven solutions

- Participate in agile sprint planning and contribute to roadmap development for TA technology initiatives
Drive Data-Driven Decision Making
- Design, develop, and implement complex data transformations using SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages to solve specific business challenges in the hiring pipeline

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analysis, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with data querying languages (such as SQL), scripting languages (such as Python), or statistical/numerical programming languages (such as R, SAS, or MATLAB)
