Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry & Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Live Chat Support: Respond to member inquiries in real-time through our live chat platform, providing timely and accurate assistance with account management, billing questions, content recommendations, and technical troubleshooting
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input, update, and maintain member information, content metadata, and operational records in our internal systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Content Metadata Management: Assist in organizing and cataloging our extensive content library, including titles, descriptions, genres, cast information, and regional availability
- Member Account Support: Handle subscription inquiries, plan modifications, payment processing issues, and account recovery requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Quality Assurance: Review and validate data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple platforms and databases
- Feedback Documentation: Document member interactions, identify common issues, and provide insights to improve our service delivery and member experience
- System Navigation: Utilize our proprietary platforms and tools to access member information, update records, and track resolution progress
