[Remote] Sr. Trade CoE Analyst

They are seeking a Sr. Trade CoE Analyst to support the Trade Procurement team by developing reporting structures and dashboards, ensuring accurate data for decision-making in the supply chain process.

Responsibilities

• As member of Trade Procurement team, participate throughout Supply Chain process to drive change through data
• Develop key reporting structures, automated dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for variety of Trade Procurement metrics
• Design new reports and transform data into meaningful visualizations to be shared throughout organization
• Identify and correct discrepant data to ensure reporting and dashboards are accurate
• Utilize Infor Nexus to create Trade Procurement reports and dashboards
• Utilize Oracle BI and Tableau for operational and inventory dashboards
• Support Trade Procurement projects
• Manage onboarding activities for integrating Logistics Services Providers to Nexus

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, or related field of study
• 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation
• Employer will also accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics or related field of study and 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of progressive experience
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools to include Tableau, Supply Chain Intelligence, or Microstrategy
• Using a major ERP system; such as, Oracle, SAP or Infor
• Turning raw data into meaningful outputs to be used to make business decisions, notably as it relates to on-time performance indicators and forecasting
• Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, visualizations, macros) and data management tools to analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs
• Directly communicating with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and optimize business needs
• Working within a large, global corporation that has at least $500 million in revenue per year
• Procure to Pay experience
• Statistical methods including working with various KPIs related to global logistics and supply chain; calculating Mean, Median, Standard Deviations and Correlations; time performance metrics, frequency distributions, and histograms
