About the Role

The arenaflex Business Small Business Acquisition team is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our customer insights and campaign strategy. In this pivotal role, you will guide Marketers across multiple acquisition channels on how to understand and acquire prospective B2B customers by building robust capabilities in segmentation, targeting, and content personalization. You will own execution for one of our most critical markets—the United States—while ensuring counterparts in other regions are adopting best practices and methodologies to drive global consistency.

This position requires innovative thinking, strong analytical dive-deep skills, as well as an unwavering customer and quality focus. You'll be at the forefront of understanding our prospect base, developing insights that drive marketing strategy, and executing campaigns that convert prospects into loyal customers. Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company.
