They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their engineering team and help build scalable, high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and database solutions
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following development best practices
- Perform code reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems
- Contribute to application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and development practices
Skills
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong frontend and backend expertise
- Deep experience with React and TypeScript (strict mode), including generics, discriminated unions, hooks, and modern development patterns
- Strong experience with C#/.NET, including minimal APIs, async/await, Entity Framework Core (or equivalent ORM), and recent .NET versions
- Strong RDBMS experience, preferably PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex queries, and database migrations
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs, particularly REST services, with an understanding of service contracts and integration best practices
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, ARIA, keyboard navigation, and screen reader testing
- Strong testing discipline with experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks
- Based in Australia with full working rights
- Experience building or contributing to design systems, including tokens, primitives, theming, and versioning
- Experience developing canvas-based, drag-and-drop, or visual editor interfaces using tools such as React Flow, xyflow, or dnd-kit
- Experience building real-time applications using SignalR, WebSockets, or similar technologies
- Exposure to workflow or rules engines such as Elsa or Flowable
- Experience working with event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies
- Experience working within Kubernetes and Helm environments
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot beyond basic autocomplete
